I saw the two prisoners in company, at a quarter past twelve o'clock, on 14th Aug., in Deptford Broadway—I watched them for about a quarter of an hour—they went to Mrs. Watson's shop door, and remained about a minute—Reeves then crossed to the other side, and went down Mill-lane; the other followed—I went, and saw them trying to take this ticket off the trowsers—I took them and the trowsers. BURMAN— GUILTY . Aged 18.— Confined Three Months.
