I saw the prisoners following Mr. Thorpe—Brown took this handkerchief from his pocket; Giles was covering him—they ran down Bow-lane—I overtook them, and took them to the station—Brown pulled this handkerchief out of his pocket, and said it was his own—I had watched them following three gentlemen for half an hour. GILES— GUILTY .* Aged 15.— Confined Three Months.
